Cardinal compete at famed Bandon Dunes Trails course in Oregon

BANDON DUNES CHAMPIONSHIP

 Team scoring and Stanford scorecards for the each round at famed Bandon Dunes resort are shown below.  This event features the first tournament of highly touted freshman Jake Beber-Frankel's career.  Fellow freshman Karl Vilips, sophomore Barclay Brown, junior Ethan Ng and 5th year David Snyder round out the lineup.

Final Results

BANDON, Ore. - Stanford's Barclay Brown and David Snyder both fired 2-under 69s on Tuesday at Bandon Trails to move up the leaderboard. For Brown, a sophomore, he finished the week at the Bandon Dunes Championships tied for fifth at 4-under. Snyder finished tied for 16th at 3-over, but was a combined 1-under over the final 36 holes.

As a team, the Cardinal finished tied for sixth, moving up the leaderboard each of the final two rounds. 

For Brown, it was his third career Top-10 finish. He's now played 12 of his 22 collegiate rounds at par or better. For Snyder, his 69 marked his 30th collegiate round, out of 68, at par or better, and his 16th in the 60s. It was also his eighth career Top-20 finish.
